Description
Zapata Falls isn't a destination climb, but since I was working in Alamosa, Colorado, I thought I'd try and run out there after work to tick it off the list. Carlos joined me for the short excursion and got his first taste of ice climbing. Unfortunately, my extra crampons weren't that compatible with his boots, but we got a few sticks and swings in nonetheless. There wasn't much light and the pictures are not good.
