Description
I got together with several high school friends in Deadwood, South Dakota, for a long weekend. Rather than simply drinking and gambling the weekend away, I was able to convince John and Lee to go on a short hike with me this particular morning. I remember it was somewhat windy, but we still had a great time catching up and sharing stories. Bear Butte is a geological laccolith feature located near Sturgis, South Dakota, that was established as a State Park in 1961.
