Description
Justin is a good friend of mine that had never ice climbed before. Brian and I took him up to Lincoln Falls to get him his first taste of the sport. I set up a three-screw top rope on easy ice for his first kicks and swings. That was pretty much a waste of time though, because Justin took to climbing very quickly. We moved the top rope over to the main pillar on the right side of Lincoln Falls and each made several laps getting some good work in. Justin enjoyed the day despite it being relatively cold with brittle ice. My phone even died, so I didn't get many photos.
