Description
After our successful trip to Cody, Wyoming, I remained excited about climbing. I wanted to get out again, but my regular partners were unavailable. I contacted Russell online and we made plans for some mellow climbing at Jewel Lake. I had never been to this flow before and it was a good option since we hadn't climbed together. We both led several lines throughout the morning and had a good time on the short routes the crag provides. We stopped at Mountain Toad Brewing in Golden, Colorado, for a pint on the way home.
