Description

Kennedy has been going to the rock gym and outdoor bouldering a lot over the past year. This winter we went ice climbing several times, so this particular day was her first time climbing outdoor with a rope. After working in the morning, we drove to Castlewood Canyon, which is only 30 minutes from our house. I had to get my bearings since it had been 16 years since I climbed at this location. We selected an area that had three climbs we thought we could climb, so we ended up on the north end of the Grocery Store Wall.
