Description

Taylor and Kennedy wanted to get out again after our previous weekend of climbing, and this time Taylor brought her boyfriend.  Since these guys are still relatively new to ice climbing, we decided to go back to Clear Creek Canyon for an easy approach, quick set-up, and beginner difficulty.  All four of us got some laps in and had the area all to ourselves for the entire morning.  My wife even hiked to the bottom of the flow with a couple of friends visiting from out of town to show them what we were up to.  Once we got our fill, we went and all had lunch at the Buffalo Rose in Golden, Colorado.  Another good day getting my kids more exposure to ice climbing.
